This instructor led course provides the critical concepts of high-quality CPR. Teaches the AHA Chain of Survival and 1-rescuer Adult CPR/AED and 2-rescuer child & infant cpr/aed. Shows the difference between Adult, Child and Infant rescue techniques. Teaches bag-mask techniques for Adult, Child and Infant. Rescue breathing for Adult, Child and Infant. Relief of choking for Adult, Child and Infant and intro to CPR with an Advanced Airway. The BLS course focuses on meaningful skills practice. team scenarios and debriefing. The student will need to successfully complete skills check offs and a written exam.
Target Participants: Healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMTs, respiratory therapists, physical and occupational therapists, physician assistants, residents, fellows, or medical or nursing students, aides, and other allied health personnel. Participants should have a current BLS course completion card.
