This 1 day course is designed for healthcare providers who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies. Through didactic instruction and active participation in simulated cases, students will enhance their skills in the recognition and intervention of cardiopulmonary arrest, immediate post-cardiac arrest, acute dysrhythmia, stroke, and acute coronary syndromes (ACS). The goal of this course is to improve outcomes for adult patients of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies through early recognition and interventions by high-performance teams. The AHA BLS Renewal Course is incorporated into this ACLS Renewal Course and includes Adult, Child and Infant skills and a written exam. You will receive an AHA ACLS and BLS eCard upon completion of both courses.
