Our licensed social workers provide support services to patients, families and caregivers facing the impact of their medical diagnosis. Our team is skilled in addressing the counseling, support and advocacy needs of patients with cancer. All of our oncology social workers are licensed and hold a Masters Degree in Social Work.
Social workers begin with a thorough assessment of the client, situation and available resources. They have experience in locating and navigating resources and can help connect clients with the services and supports they need.
Social workers offer support in a variety of areas, including:
