• BR007: A Phase III Clinical Trial Evaluating De-Escalation of Breast Radiation for Conservative Treatment of Stage I, Hormone Sensitive, HER2-Negative, Oncotype Recurrence Score Less Than or Equal to 18 Breast Cancer (DEBRA)(PENDING)
  To evaluate whether breast conservation surgery and endocrine therapy results in a non-inferior rate of invasive or non-invasive ipsilateral breast tumor recurrence (IBTR) compared to breast conservation with breast radiation and endocrine therapy.
• CCTG MA.39: Tailor RT: A Randomized Trial of Regional Radiotherapy in Biomarker Low Risk Node Positive and T3N0 Breast Cancer (PENDING)
  To compare the effects on low risk breast cancer receiving usual care that includes regional radiation therapy, with receiving no regional radiation therapy. Researchers want to see if not giving this type of radiation treatment works as well at preventing breast cancer from coming back.

Prostate

• GU009: Parallel Phase III Randomized Trials for High Risk Prostate Cancer Evaluating De-Intensification for Lower Genomic Risk and Intensification of Concurrent Therapy for Higher Genomic Risk with Radiation (PREDICT-RT*)
  To compare less intense hormone therapy and radiation therapy to usual hormone therapy and radiation therapy in treating patients with high risk prostate cancer and low gene risk score.
• GU010: Parallel Phase III Randomized Trials of Genomic-Risk Stratified Unfavorable Intermediate Risk Prostate Cancer: De-Intensification And Intensification Clinical Trial Evaluation (GUIDANCE)
  To determine whether men with unfavorable intermediate risk prostate cancer and lower Decipher genomic risk (Decipher score < 0.40) treated with radiation therapy (RT) alone instead of 6 months androgen deprivation therapy + RT experience non-inferior rate of distant metastasis.

  This is a Prospective Observational Cohort Study, designed specifically to investigate racial differences in toxicities and treatment outcomes of cancer patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).
• WF2304-A172401: Complementary Options for Symptom Management In Cancer (COSMIC): Assessing Benefits and Harms of Cannabis and Cannabinoid Use Among a Cohort of Cancer Patients Treated in Community Oncology Clinics (PENDING)
  To examine the association between cannabis and/or cannabinoid use and cancer-related symptoms in adults newly diagnosed with breast, colorectal, melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer who are planning or recently started to receive chemotherapy and/or immune check point inhibitor therapies.
