The facility does not supply users with reagents for preparing samples for flow cytometric analysis. Investigators are responsible for providing samples to the facility which are ready for flow cytometric analysis and for all associated costs. This includes the provision of individual samples in test tubes suitable for use on a flow cytometer. The only reagents provided by the facility are those necessary for the operation of the instrument (phosphate buffered saline, calibration beads, etc.). Sort setups are charged once per appointment.
After hours is from 5 p.m. to 9 a.m. Monday through Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
Note for ImageStream: Usage is $95/hr and comes with 4 free hours of guided data analysis per appointment. After the initial 4 hours, guided data analysis is $50/hr.
