Xenium Service

Fees cover all work performed by AGP, which begins once we receive the Xenium slide with the tissue sections on it. Fees are billed on a per-slide basis. Assays (User provides all 10X Genomics Kits).

Nanostring nCounter

Transcriptomics: $600/codeset (12-samples) for hybridization, running, and data delivery (differential expression).

Multiomic Assay: $1,400/codeset (12 samples for protein followed by the same 12 samples for RNA) for protein hybridization, photocleaving, RNA hybridization, running, and data delivery.

Note: All kits are purchased by the user. Kits should be sent directly to AGP to avoid multiple freeze-thaws. Please see Infinity for details or consult with majumder@musc.edu.
