SCOR Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cancer Survivorship and Outcomes
This fellowship aims to develop and retain a pipeline of academic investigators with the critical skills necessary to improve health and outcomes for cancer survivors. The fellowship provides a rich and multidisciplinary training environment for clinical/translational researchers in health services research, clinical psychology, health behavior, symptom science, clinical informatics, patient-reported outcomes and clinical trials to prepare trainees to launch independent academic careers.

Hollings Postdoctoral and Clinical Fellowship Program
This program is designed to stimulate the recruitment and training of high-quality, innovative basic science and clinical/translational cancer researchers who have the potential to apply for nationally-funded grants. The MUSC Hollings Cancer Center Postdoctoral and Clinical Fellowship award provides up to two years of stipend support for postdoctoral fellows and one year of support for clinical fellows during this critical juncture.
Junior Faculty
SCOR faculty are eager to help junior faculty at Hollings launch a career in survivorship, cancer outcomes and cancer care delivery research. Potential internal funding mechanisms to support early-stage investigators in these areas include:

M.D., Ph.D., & MPH
SCOR research and clinical members provide training opportunities for interested M.D., Ph.D., and MPH students. These experiences can be shorter term (MPH internship, MUSC medical student FLEX rotation) or year-long opportunities for medical students who are passionate about cancer survivorship and wish to enhance their skills and training in preparation for an academic career in clinical oncology research.
High School and Undergraduate
High school and undergraduate students are welcome to participate in immersive summer clinical research experiences in cancer survivorship, outcomes and care delivery with SCOR faculty. These experiences offer a wonderful opportunity for trainees to learn more about clinical and research aspects of cancer and advance their career prior to applying to graduate school.
