  This study collects blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer and without cancer to evaluate tests for early cancer detection.
• URCC-21038: Disparities in REsults of Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor Treatment (DiRECT): A Prospective Cohort Study of Cancer Survivors Treated with anti-PD-1/anti-PD-L1 Immunotherapy in a Community Oncology Setting
  This is a Prospective Observational Cohort Study, designed specifically to investigate racial differences in toxicities and treatment outcomes of cancer patients treated with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs).
• WF-1901: An Internet-based Program to Help Cancer Survivors Manage Pain
  This trial compares the effect of adding an internet-based pain program (painTRAINER) to enhanced usual care versus enhanced usual care alone in improving pain severity and pain interference in cancer survivors.
• WF2304/A171401: Complementary Options for Symptom Management In Cancer (COSMIC): Assessing Benefits and Harms of Cannabis and Cannabinoid Use Among a Cohort of Cancer Patients Treated in Community Oncology Clinics (PENDING)
  To examine the association between cannabis and/or cannabinoid use and cancer-related symptoms in adults newly diagnosed with breast, colorectal, melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer who are planning or recently started to receive chemotherapy and/or immune check point inhibitor therapies.

• A011801: The COMPASSHER2 Trials (COMprehensive Use of Pathologic Response ASSessment to Optimize Therapy in HER2-Positive Breast Cancer): COMPASSHER2 Residual Disease (RD), A Double-Blinded, Phase III Randomized Trial of T-DM1 and Placebo Compared with T-DM1 and Tucatinib
  To study how well trastuzumab emtansine and tucatinib work in preventing breast cancer from relapsing in patients with high risk, HER2 positive breast cancer.
• A012103: Pembrolizumab vs. Observation in People With Triple-negative Breast Cancer Who Had a Pathologic Complete Response After Chemotherapy Plus Pembrolizumab
  To evaluate whether observation results in a non-inferior RFS compared to adjuvant pembrolizumab in early-stage TNBC patients who achieve a pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pembrolizumab.
• BR007: Testing the usual treatment of radiation therapy and hormonal therapy to hormonal therapy alone for low-risk, early stage breast cancer
  This trial compares the effect of radiation therapy combined with hormonal therapy versus hormonal therapy alone in treating patients with low risk, early stage breast cancer with Oncotype Dx Recurrence less than 18.
• CC011: Cognitive Training For Cancer Related Cognitive Impairment In Breast Cancer Survivors: A Multi-Center Randomized Double-Blinded Controlled Trial
  To examine the efficacy of computerized cognitive training (BrainHQ) compared to the attention control on perceived cognitive impairment post intervention (12 weeks post-randomization).
• S2206: Adding an Immunotherapy Drug, MEDI4736 (Durvalumab), to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Paclitaxel, Cyclophosphamide, and Doxorubicin) for Stage II-III Breast Cancer
  To compare breast cancer event-free survival between participants randomized to standard of care neoadjuvant chemotherapy alone versus standard of care neoadjuvant chemotherapy concurrent with durvalumab.

Gastrointestinal

• A022104: Testing the Addition of an Anti-Cancer Drug, Irinotecan, to the Standard Chemotherapy Treatment (FOLFOX) After Long-Course Radiation Therapy for Advanced-Stage Rectal Cancers to Improve the Rate of Complete Response and Long-Term Rates of Organ Preservation (JANUS)
  This phase II trial compares the effect of irinotecan versus oxaliplatin after long-course chemoradiation in patients with stage II-III rectal cancer.
