• A212102: Blinded Reference Set for Multicancer Early Detection Blood Test
  This study collects blood and tissue samples from patients with cancer and without cancer to evaluate tests for early cancer detection.
• WF2304/A172401: Complementary Options for Symptom Management In Cancer (COSMIC): Assessing Benefits and Harms of Cannabis and Cannabinoid Use Among a Cohort of Cancer Patients Treated in Community Oncology Clinics (PENDING)
  To examine the association between cannabis and/or cannabinoid use and cancer-related symptoms in adults newly diagnosed with breast, colorectal, melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer who are planning or recently started to receive chemotherapy and/or immune check point inhibitor therapies.

Breast

• A012103: Pembrolizumab vs. Observation in People With Triple-negative Breast Cancer Who Had a Pathologic Complete Response After Chemotherapy Plus Pembrolizumab
  To evaluate whether observation results in a non-inferior RFS compared to adjuvant pembrolizumab in early-stage TNBC patients who achieve a pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy with pembrolizumab.
• A012303: ShortStop-HER2: Shortened Duration of Adjuvant Therapy in Patients with Early-Stage HER2+ Breast Cancer Who Achieve pCR After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy with HER2 Blockade
  This phase III trial compares 6 months of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-targeted therapy to 12 months of HER2-targeted therapy for the treatment of HER2-positive (+) breast cancer in patients that had a pathologic complete response (pCR) after preoperative (neoadjuvant) chemotherapy with trastuzumab.
• NRG-CC015: Harnessing E-mindfulness Approaches for Living After Breast Cancer - HEAL ABC
  This clinical trial compares the effect of a live instructor led version of the mindfulness meditation-based intervention, Mindful Awareness Practices (MAPs) and MAPs application (App)-based, self-directed version to guided audio meditation alone on mental health and well-being in younger patients with stage 0-III breast cancer.
• S2206: Adding an Immunotherapy Drug, MEDI4736 (Durvalumab), to the Usual Chemotherapy Treatment (Paclitaxel, Cyclophosphamide, and Doxorubicin) for Stage II-III Breast Cancer
  To compare breast cancer event-free survival between participants randomized to standard of care neoadjuvant chemotherapy alone versus standard of care neoadjuvant chemotherapy concurrent with durvalumab.

• S2417CD: A Pragmatic Randomized Controlled Trial to Evaluate the Effectiveness of an Intervention Called Current Together after Cancer (CTAC) to Promote Guideline-Concordant Colorectal Cancer Surveillance
  This clinical trial evaluates whether a web-based intervention called Current Together after Cancer (CTAC) works to increase the number of patients with surgically removed (resected) colorectal cancer who receive surveillance care that aligns with current guidelines (guideline-concordant).

  This phase III trial compares the effect of adding tivozanib to standard therapy pembrolizumab versus pembrolizumab alone for the treatment of patients with high-risk renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
